I'm recovering from a buldging disc which caused sciatica that left me in excrutiating pain and bedbound for weeks. 7 months on and I'm still struggling, my muscles guard at the slightest thing and I am still only able to walk very short distances, sitting and standing is the worst, I can only tolerate very short period before my back pain starts again. Ive tried everything, pillows, physio exercises, accupuncture, the lot! I had a flare up recently and I was unable to sit for more than 10 minutes before being in awful pain. I ordered the mat thinking ive got to try something else, but dis heartened thinking it will most likely not work, just like everything else ive tried. The mat came the next day, was super impressed with how quick it was delivered and no joke I used it for about 1.5 hours and omg the difference it made was unbelievable. 2 days on my pain has significantly reduced, my sitting and walking tolerance is worlds apart. Honestly its helped so much, my only regret is not buying one sooner. Id highly recommend! Im gonna order a pillowcase to take on holiday with me now too.

After many hours of research and people telling me this just another scam, I ordered my grounding mat from you three weeks ago and have not been disappointed. I have severe arthritis in my foot and I am having trouble walking and bending my ankle because of the swelling and pain. I had to try to help myself and this mat has been truly amazing from day one for me. It has also helped that I can sit and watch the tennis using my mat. The swelling has subsided and so has the pain. I can feel heat and a tingling sensation sometimes. Thank you,I am glad I bought British as heard many people say they were sent the wrong plug for the UK.

Excellent product, improvement and results within days.

I am very impressed with the company, the mat is well made and an information leaflet was included, which gave me a lot of confidence in using the mat. I haven't seen many benefits yet as I only have been using the mat for 1 hour a day, I will increase the usage over time. I have tested the mat with a multimeter so I know it is working ok.
