Truly Grounded

Truly Grounded was created to make grounding simple, trustworthy, and easy to use at home.

Our founder Ben (LinkedIn) first became interested in grounding after trying it for himself and wanting a more reliable UK setup. He saw that many products in the space were confusing, poorly explained, or light on safety detail, so he set out to build a clearer and more dependable option.

Today, Truly Grounded offers grounding mats, sheets, fitted sheets, pillowcases, and yoga mats designed for everyday routines: work, rest, stretching, reading, and bedtime contact. The aim is not to overcomplicate grounding, but to make it feel like a natural part of your home.

Why safety matters to us

Grounding products should be simple, but they should also be made with care. Our core setup uses a UK earth-only adapter, a grounding cord, and a built-in 100k ohm resistor for added confidence. The setup is tested by a certified electrician so customers can feel confident they are using a product designed for real grounded contact.

Our products do not draw electrical power. They connect only to the earth connection of a properly grounded UK socket or approved grounding lead.

What we believe

We believe grounding should be accessible, practical, and honest. That means clear instructions, safe setup guidance, good materials, and no inflated promises. Customer experiences vary, and we do not present grounding as a medical treatment or cure.

Instead, we focus on helping people create a simple grounding routine that fits into everyday life, whether that is under a desk, beside the sofa, on a bed, or during stretching and movement.
