Care Instructions
Wash weekly in warm (not hot) water with liquid detergent, either by machine or by hand with towels or linens. Dry on low heat or line dry.
Do not use dryer sheets, bleach, fabric softener, whitening or oxi-detergents, or products containing oils such as lavender or coconut oil, as these can tarnish the silver thread and reduce conductivity.

Grounding is simply a way to restore that contact. Outdoors, that means skin on grass, sand, or soil. Indoors, it can be built into your bed.
How it works

Lay the sheet where skin will touch it
Most people place it across the lower part of the bed so feet or legs naturally rest on it.
Connect it to a UK socket
Attach the cord to the sheet, then plug it into a standard UK socket. The socket does not need to be switched on.
Sleep with direct skin contact
Bare feet, legs, or arms touching the conductive fabric complete the earth connection.
