I have struggled with sleep for a long time due to neurodivergence. I wasn’t optimistic that a grounding sheet would make a difference, but got to the point where I was willing to try anything. I’m a deeply spiritual person, and feel energy in a profound way, but even I was surprised at how much using a grounding sheet feels like lying in nature. Absolute game changer for sleep!

I had looked at many grounding products before choosing this one due to the size and price. I really didn't expect much from it to be honest. I've had pains and tight calves for years due to plantar fasciitis. This has totally alleviated my symptoms. 5 stars

I got this mat just to try out because I try to spend time grounding outside every day but as winter comes, it gets harder. I bought the small one just to give it a go with the objective of using it at my desk but I tried it in bed too and found I definitely slept better with it.

My order arrived within days of purchase. I did have a problem but it was dealt with swiftly. My emails were answered promptly, and I have no complaints.

I was very skeptical at first but having tried most things for my pain . Lack of sleep and autism and anxiety thought I would give it go …after a few weeks I found this amazing . I sleep better my moods have improved . I’m not so still in the mornings I be already recommend to everyone I know just to try it ….

I have noticed improvements with my feet legs. My ankles and feet are are no longer swollen or painful

I put my feet on this mat when sitting on the sofa, also when I’m sitting at my computer desk. My sleep has improved, for the first time in 20 years I’m sleeping without antihistamines.

Thought i would give it a go, mainly for a bad knee, my sleep has improved, also i have more mobility in my knee, I am really impressed with it my only criticism is it would be better if it were larger.

The size and style make this product really versatile.

I’ve so far used it while sat on the sofa, both with feet in the floor and feet up. In bed, placed across the bottom of the bed in the leg/feet area. And I intend to use it whilst working at my desk from home; basically anywhere I can!

If you’re on the fence, don’t hesitate. Whilst the benefits are culmative, I have clearly felt the benefit much earlier than expected. This is an encouraging sign!

After few days standing (well sitting with feet on mat) I noticed my sleep had improved by way of how long it was taking me to get to sleep. Few days I tested not using and my sleep was erratic (I wear watch tracking sleep). Once I started using Mat again sleep was back on track.I use this twice daily 10mins in morning (while coffee brews) and then again about 45-60mins before bed.
